Shipping: All standard shipments are made FOB Vancouver, British Columbia, via Canada Post. For our American clients who choose to take advantage of our Customs Clearing Service, shipments will be made FOB Blaine, WA. Prices do not include shipping. We do not charge a handling fee. Taxes: Taxes in Canada: For residents of British Columbia, both GST and PST may be applicable to your order. Bicycle parts and accessories are PST exempt, however merchandise such as clothing, media, nutrition, computers etc. are not. For other residents of Canada, only the GST will be charged, when applicable. Taxes in the United States: There are no Canadian taxes charged on orders to the US, however there may be duties levied in transit. Standard shipments are made FOB Vancouver, British Columbia, in which case applicable duties will not be included on your invoice, and you will be billed separately through the courier. For our American clients we offer a Customs Clearing Service twice every month, when we are happy to clear your order through US customs before shipping. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please indicate so on the order form, and we will include the applicable tariff charges in your invoice. This service is provided complementary free of charge. Expected arrival dates will extend accordingly. Accuracy: While we maintain our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of this site, our ability to describe any given product may be impaired by factors such as poor picture quality, misrepresented information from the manufacturer, mid-cycle product updates, varying color monitor settings, or similar discrepancies between listed and final product. We encourage our clients to independently verify that the items listed are indeed the items desired. Please be respectful that CampioneCycles.com cannot guarantee the representation of product color, weight, or style for any product on this site. Occasionally we will mistakenly mark an incorrect price. While we make every effort to keep this to an absolute minimum, we appreciate your understanding if it happens. You will be notified by email if your order is interrupted, and given the opportunity to continue at the correct price. CampioneCycles.com reserves the right to refuse any sale. Returns: If the return is a result of our error (i.e. incorrect, defective or damaged product) we will refund the return shipping cost at Ground Post rates and replace the items free of charge. The items must be received in our warehouse before replacements can be shipped. If you would like to process a return, please contact us using the contact form. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted. Product must be returned in the original shipping condition. Warranty: CampioneCycles.com makes no warranty as to the life or function of any product beyond that provided by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers prefer to deal with warranty issues directly, and when we believe in good faith that this will result in a better customer experience, we will encourage you to do so. We are always happy to provide support in the form of documentation of sale. If you are concerned about the warranty on an item you are purchasing, please request this information in the contact form when you are about to place an order. Collection and Use of Information: CampioneCycles.com will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information, and will only share it as described in this Policy, or as expressly permitted by you. CampioneCycles.com records personal information when you register for an account or otherwise voluntarily provide it. We may supplement this with information we collect from our partners in order to improve the services we provide to you. Once you register and sign into our services you are no longer anonymous to us. We do, however, protect your anonymity among other users, and will not release any personally identifiable information about you at any time, except as outlined in this Policy, or as specifically permitted by you. We collect and record information about your transactions including your purchase activity on this site. Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. If we have reason to suspect that an account is being used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended for review. Trusted Network: We share information with companies that help us process the transactions you request, including the payment processing companies and the financial institutions involved. We share your information with subsidiaries and partners to help coordinate the services we provide to you, enforce our Terms of Use, and promote trust and safety. In all instances where your information is shared within our Trusted Network, the information you have provided to this account shall be governed by this Policy, and shall not be redistributable outside of our Network. We will provide information to trusted partners who work with or on behalf of CampioneCycles.com under confidentiality agreements, such as our web development team and our contractors. Third parties are limited by law and/or by contract from recording or using any information for secondary purposes beyond those for which the information was intentionally shared. Legal Process: 1. We will disclose information about your account to your agent or legal representative, such as the holder of a power of attorney that you have granted. 2. We will disclose information in compliance with legal process, including the issuance of a subpoena, warrant, or other comparable court order. 3. We will disclose information to the appropriate authorities in the event of suspected fraud, to ensure the security of our network and services, or in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person or property. 4. Mergers and Acquisitions: Having served the community independantly since 1996, it is possible that CampioneCycles.com may at some time be acquired or otherwise merged with another company. If such an acquisition occurs, CampioneCycles.com will notify you 30 days before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy, and give you the opportunity to remove your personally identifiable information from our database. If your account has been closed, your information will automatically be removed from our database at this time. Closing Your Account: You can close your CampioneCycles.com account at any time through the user control panel. If you choose to do so, we will mark your account Closed, but will retain your account information in our database. This is necessary to prevent persons who try to commit fraud from avoiding detection simply by closing their account. However, if you close your account, your personably identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, and will continue to be protected under this Policy. Changes to This Policy: CampioneCycles.com may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending you a notice at the primary email address specified in your account, or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
