"Upper to lower pulley-axle: 55 mm. The Veloce drivetrain offers three types of rear derailleurs: short, medium and long cage. Only in this way can the best shifting performance be obtained with different crankset/sprocket set combinations. And, as you may well know, Campagnolo does not compromise on performance. The short cage derailleur is used for combining a double crankset with a max. 13-26 sprocket set.
